To use MoonMail, you must:

Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with notice.
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MoonMail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to MoonMail. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
MoonMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MoonMail harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
