Deliverability

What happens if an email bounces?
We automatically categorize bounces as hard (permanent) or soft (temporary). Hard bounces are removed from your list automatically to protect your sender reputation.
How do I handle unsubscribes?
Unsubscribe links are automatically added to all campaigns. When someone unsubscribes, they're immediately removed from your list and won't receive future emails.
